What are the legal bases of processing?
In accordance with the DPA and GDPR, we have to have at least one of the following legal bases to process your Personal Data:

Contract – This is where we process your information to fulfil a contractual arrangement we have made with you or reply to your messages, e-mails, posts, calls, etc.

Data we collect automatically
Log data
Even if you do not log in or register on our website, but simply browse our website, data is collected and stored and processed by us. Specifically, this requires the IP address of your computer, Date and time of access, Name and URL of the accessed file, Browser used, Number of bytes transferred, Status of the page retrieval, Session ID, Referrer URL.
Hosting
To provide our website, we use the services of Framer who process all data to be processed in connection with the operation of our website on our behalf. The legal basis for the data processing is our legitimate interest in providing our website.
Cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are pieces of information that are transmitted from our web server or third-party web servers to your web browser and stored there for later retrieval. Analytics and market research

Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager by Google LLC which allows website tags to be managed via an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. No cookies are set, and no Personal Data is collected. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags that may collect data but does not itself access this data. The legal basis for using Google Tag Manager is our legitimate interest.
Data we collect directly
Contacting us
You can easily contact us via email, contact form, phone or social-media. In this case, we store and process the following data from you: Name, e-mail address, telephone number as well as other personal data that you provide when contacting us. This data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of contacting you and processing your request and then deleted, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it. The legal bases for processing are contract and our legitimate interest.

With your consent, we will send you an e-mail to enable you the download our free e-book. For the registration we need your e-mail address, first name and phone number. To do this, we send you a confirmation by e-mail and only allow you to download our introduction to direct sales after your confirmation. Your e-mail and your IP address are recorded and logged for documentation purposes. The legal basis for processing is the initiation of a contract, our legitimate interest, and your consent.
Online Meetings
We also use Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc.) to conduct our online meetings, lessons, community get-togethers and events and to provide support. When using Zoom, various types of data are processed. The scope of the data depends on the information you provide before or during the online meeting. The processing bases are your consent as well as our legitimate interest.
With your consent, we may also make recordings of our online meetings, may make the video available to our community, and may also use AI to provide and create transcripts of the meetings and create learning materials from the meetings.
Within the meetings, you may be able to share certain details, engage with others, and exchange knowledge and insights. You have choices about the information you provide.
You don’t have to provide additional information however, information helps you to get more from our online meetings. It’s your choice whether to share sensitive information and to make that sensitive information public. Please do not share data that you would not want to be available. The legal basis for the storage is our legitimate interest and the processing basis is your consent.
Testimonial
Within the Testimonial section, we may display certain personal data, and share certain details, knowledge and insights. When you approve and submit your Testimonial to us, your consent is obtained, and you have choices about the information in your Testimonial. The storage of Testimonials is based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
When using our services
We process the Personal Data involved in your use of our services in order to be able to provide our contractual services. Marketing
Insofar as you have given us your separate consent to process your data for marketing and advertising purposes, we are entitled to contact you for these purposes via the communication channels you have given your consent to.

We have a presence on social media based on our legitimate interest (currently, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok).
Contact and interaction
If you contact or interact with us via social media platforms, we and the respective social media platform are jointly responsible for the processing of your data and enter into a so-called joint-controller agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, your consent or, in some cases, the initiation of a contractual performance, if any.
Links
We refer to our offered social media presences with links. Unlike social media plugins, links do not cause the social media platform to learn of your visit when you access our site. However, like any link, they do lead to your data being processed by the social media platform at the latest when you click on the link. As a rule, the social media platform stores cookies on your device or even your usage behaviour in your account, especially if you are logged in yourself. The social media platform may use your data to analyse your usage behaviour and use it for (interest-based) advertising. This may result in advertising being displayed to you inside and outside the social media platform.
Principles of processing Personal Data
Storage and Retention
As far as necessary, we process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship, which also includes, for example, the initiation and execution of a contract.
In addition, we are subject to various storage and documentation obligations, which result from the minimum statutory retention periods in accordance with Companies House and HMRC among others. The retention and documentation periods specified there are two to six years.
Security
Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption to ensure the security of data processing and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders, login data or contact requests that you send to us. We have also implemented numerous security measures (“technical and organisational measures”) for example encryption or need to know access, to ensure the most complete protection of Personal Data processed through this website.

Automated decision-making
