Hello, I'm Angel Be. My journey as a philosopher, mentor, and fatherhood facilitator has been as diverse as it has been delightful. Embracing the Stoic way of life, I've navigated through tumultuous seas of change, from a high-stress corporate marketing career while raising 2 kids, to the more serene realms of teaching yoga, and philosophical inquiry making Men’s Mental Wellness more manageable with counseling and healthy emotional expression.
Throughout my years, I've developed a myriad of passions – from Mixed Martial Arts, to surfing the big waves of Bali, to sharing my love of poetry and finding total freedom through ecstatic dance, tantra, and Spiritual Inquiry.
My colorful tapestry is woven with experiences that have shaped my understanding of Life through Stoicism, community building, and the power of emotional intelligence, to skillfully inform and guide us particularly in the realm of fatherhood.
It was here that I realized the true essence of freedom isn't found in chasing titles or wealth but in aligning with one's core values and embracing wisdom in the service of love
As a father to two incredible beings, I've journeyed from a clueless newbie dad to a confident, compassionate, and capable father. . As the founder of a support group for more than 50 Fathers , and HOST of the next Stoic Fathers Cohort, I will share my insights and guide fellow devoted Dads on a path of philosophical liberation toward a truly fulfilling Fatherhood experience.
